The `Microsoft.SourceLink.GitHub` package was removed from `Directory.Build.props` and `Directory.Packages.props`, since it is now [included in the .NET SDK](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/whats-new/dotnet-8#source-link).
