This repository contains a set of slides I use in a course on Python for scientific computing, modelling and simulation. The slides are a summary of the scientific paper "Best Practices for Scientific Computing" [1].
All credit for the recommendations presented in these slides should go to the authors of [1]. My only contribution, if any, is a few Python snippets used to exemplify a couple of the recommendations.
Improvement suggestions and corrections are very welcome in the form of pull requests or issues for this repository.
The slide set is produced in LaTeX (with Beamer) and the repository also includes the resulting PDF.
