In order to use the most recent build of
lxml, we need to install the package from source instead of from a wheel, since it ships with its own compiled version oflibxml2, and this version conflicts with the version that is compiled and linked against thexmlseclibrary.There is an issue in the
xmlsecrepo here xmlsec/python-xmlsec#283 to make this all play more nicely together, but sincexmlsecseems largely unmaintained I'm not sure its going to get done.Bumps lxml from 4.9.3 to 5.1.0.
