In order to use the most recent build of
lxml
, we need to install the package from source instead of from a wheel, since it ships with its own compiled version oflibxml2
, and this version conflicts with the version that is compiled and linked against thexmlsec
library.There is an issue in the
xmlsec
repo here xmlsec/python-xmlsec#283 to make this all play more nicely together, but sincexmlsec
seems largely unmaintained I'm not sure its going to get done.Bumps lxml from 4.9.3 to 5.1.0.
