v1.1-alpha.2 for 1.19.X

NOTE: the textures I have added may not perfectly match the style of ThePotatoKing55's textures, I will try and improve this in the future.
This version adds support for the 1.20 datapacks in 1.19.3

Realized the reason the block_items folder broke things in 1.19.3 is because of increased control of texture atlases (could re-add block_items folder if modifying the assets/minecraft/atlases/blocks.json file)

Everything here should still work for other 1.19 versions
