Firstly, I apologize for my English.

It seems there is a freezing issue with the terminal after interacting with a table and selecting a file in a file explorer window. Upon returning to the terminal, it remains frozen.

Windows 10 Pro
Python 3.10.1
Textual 0.16.0

Confirmed on both Windows and GNU/Linux (the latter with the "default" terminal under an Ubuntu installation).

Testing on macOS with various terminals:

  • iTerm works.
  • Kitty works.
  • WezTerm works.
  • Alacritty works.
  • Tabby works.
