Description

Bump the versions of general dependencies and @angular/cli to 1.0.0.

What's included?

• chore(): bump to @angular/[email protected]
• chore(): bump @ngx-translate/core to 6.0.0
• chore(): bump tslint to 4.5.1
• chore(): bump coveralls to 2.12.0
• chore(): bump ngx-charts to 4.3.0
• chore(): bump highlight.js to 9.10.0 and markdown to 1.6.4

Test Steps

• npm run reinstall
• ng serve
• See everything still working
