Description

Adding the dark colors that were added to the spec https://www.google.com/design/spec-wear/style/color.html#color-dark-color-palette-for-wear

These will be great for dark dashboards

What's included?

Dark palette scss
Dark background, fill & type color css classes
Example docs for new colors
Added missing covalent-theme for theme.scss and theme docs

Test Steps

ng serve
check style-guide/colors new Dark Color tab
check style-guide/iconography new Dark Color tab
check style-guide/typography new Dark Color tab
check docs/theme for covalent-theme mention
