feature相关背景与描述
当前mesos webconsole方案存在一定割裂：

  • 与k8s webconsole方案转发机制与形式不一致，需要在bcs-api上独立维护转发规则
  • bcs-api直接转发至目标机器并实现容器打通，绕开了mesos-driver代理，管理分散，并缺乏跨云穿透的能力

解决方案描述

  • 在重构的bcs-api-gateway中仍然兼容bcsapi/v1/webconsole转发规则
  • bcs-mesos-driver扩展websocket转发机制，支持webconsole请求转发至具体节点，即增加转发规则bcsapi/v4/scheduler/mesos/webconsole

对于bk-bcs-saas以及其他saas而言，重构相关方式兼容，短期无需变更。
功能稳定后，推荐使用新的转发规则
