Dispersion wavelength Dependency #414
-
Dear contributors, I am writing with regard to the Dispersion wavelength dependency. Unfortunately, eventhough I am extremizing the simulations increasing the input power to 5.00 dBm, I keep obtaining the same values of the channels SNR NLI (signal bw, dB) wheter inserting the dispersion_slope parameter or not, In other words, it seems like that in GNPy's opinion the dispersion wavelength dependency phenomenon is negligible even while simulating multiband systems. Thanks in advance |

I'm not sure whether dispersion slope should have an impact on NLI but I think it may depend on the model used (GN vs GGN). @AndreaDAmico, any comment? However, from looking at the code it seems that a |
