Part of #230 -

A visit model should be implemented. The model has to include all relevant functionality.

The module is part of the "sched a visit" feature described in #230.
The module provides the constants and the functionality of the visit attribute belongs to the Apartment model.

Changed the implementation so it can export the business logic of the visit actions to the front-end (with JSON).

Done on back-end side. The future of the feature should be decided.
