Add a "needs triage" label to the issue templates.

This label would make it easier for issue triagers to know what they haven't triaged yet.

What about a bot / workflow which automatically adds the labels when someone comments on the issue?
I'd suggest to also remove the label automatically when a team member adds a comment.

@TobiGr "needs triage" in this context just means "a team member needs to add labels to this issue and perhaps leave a comment." Therefore, I think such an action wouldn't make much sense.

@opusforlife2 did suggest that to me, but I believe that it's not worth it when the team member can just remove the label manually. It's also important to note that in most cases, the team member would be adding labels to the issue anyway, so they only need a little more effort to remove the "needs triage" label.
