Feature description

I have completed Odia translation using the weblate. Add "Odia" language to Newpipe.

Why do you want this feature?

Odia is the mother tongue of about 10 crores of people.

Yes, and it's not supprising, as Odia is the official language of Odisha, a state of India having large population.

Translations happen in weblate. I'm not sure if you can add a new language without a permission, but once it is there you can translate by going to https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/newpipe/strings/#translations and logging in with your GitHub account. All changes in translation from Weblate will be merged right before the release.

The language still needs to be added to the language chooser in NewPIipe, see #9179
Same applies to Georgian (ka), which has also been added and fully translated since the last release
