[Feature Request] Swipe to seek

• I checked if the issue/feature exists in the latest version.

Newpipe already have swipe controls to bright and volume, just missing swipe seek controls like VLC.

On long videos (1hour+) using the seek bar can be frustrating when you just want to skip ~10 seconds, swipe controls to seek video can be more user friendly.

You can double tab in the direction you wan to seek. This will skip ten seconds.

First thanks for the tip, didn't know that.

Like on VLC longer the swipe more time you seek, double tap is a nice feature but trying to skip on long video (like this one 5:48:26) double tapping is no longer a good solution

hi guys,
anyway just want to elaborate more on the seek tools.. as i see it, they can be separated into three tools, each with its unique usefulness (porpoises):

1. double tap: great for 5 to 20 second seek
2. swipe: is great for 1 to 5 minutes seek
3. while the seek bar is great for jumping 10+ minutes in media

so as you can see, this is more useful with longer media but still great with short media as well.

P.S: @opusforlife2 couldn't figure out how to use the IRC😅

P.S 2: since 2017😱... nevermind... please give the green light for @Heisenberg399 to implement this. I'm willing to help with all the testing needed.😊
