Whether you are a user of Linux, MacOS or Windows, we recommend that you use TatoVM to install Tatoeba.
While it is possible to install and setup Tatoeba manually, we do not maintain a documentation for that. Instead, we maintain a set of Ansible playbooks that automates the installation and setup of Tatoeba inside a virtual machine. If you are familiar with Ansible playbooks, you can explore these playbooks to get an idea of how everything is set up.
If you are running Debian, is possible to run these playbooks on your own computer instead of a VM by following these instructions.
