you need to have azure CLI

here is script for powershell that will create new storage

# Change these four parameters as needed
$ACI_PERS_RESOURCE_GROUP="<group>"
$ACI_PERS_STORAGE_ACCOUNT_NAME="<name>"
$ACI_PERS_LOCATION="eastus2"
$ACI_PERS_SHARE_NAME="acishare"

# Create the storage account with the parameters
az storage account create --resource-group $ACI_PERS_RESOURCE_GROUP --name $ACI_PERS_STORAGE_ACCOUNT_NAME --location $ACI_PERS_LOCATION --sku Standard_LRS

# Create the file share
az storage share create --name $ACI_PERS_SHARE_NAME --account-name $ACI_PERS_STORAGE_ACCOUNT_NAME

$STORAGE_KEY=$(az storage account keys list --resource-group $ACI_PERS_RESOURCE_GROUP --account-name $ACI_PERS_STORAGE_ACCOUNT_NAME --query "[0].value" --output tsv)
echo $STORAGE_KEY

when you have your storage account, you can proceed to configure container:

  1. create container config file: .yaml
  2. copy and paste from here
  3. fill out missing info

az container create --resource-group <group> --file .\azureConfig.yaml

if you want to update your bot, and you are using latest image, then just restart it, for example with this command az container restart -g="<group>" -n="tf2autobot"
