Finalise challenge data

• Sort out final software issues and release STIR/CIL/SIRF/SIRF-SuperBuild (or at least tag, but far easier for people if we release)
  • e.g. allow Algorithm.run(np.inf) TomographicImaging/CIL#1851
• Sort out VOI situation. People generally didn’t follow instructions and have given VOIs in separate files, with different names. Our instructions ask them to give them in a single file with “labels”, which I think might be the easiest way to handle it, depending on our callback metrics (Vision600_thorax VOIs currently need manual header manipulation).
• Run BSREM long enough for all data-sets and upload to share/petric
• Run e.g. preconditioned ISTA with Stochast gradient (or even SAGA) saving images for comparison
• Need to be able to generate metrics on saved images (i.e. after running BSREM long enough, we get the converged image. Then run an algo, save images and loss function, check how metrics and loss function evolves).
