Updated help center links and bump version to 1.8.1 #428

Description of the Change

Updated all the help center links to point to the newly deployed help center.

Addiitonally, bump new version containing the following changes:

Local testing:

  • Change "Tracking article" link in AnalyticsDialog. OK
  • Change "Guide to Superblocks Lab" link in learnAndResources. OK
  • Change "Ask a question" link in learnAndResources. OK

  • Change "Learn more" link in Configure window. OK

  • Change all links listed on Welcome/Getting started. OK

  • Change "Guide to Superblocks Lab" link in the top bar help (General). OK

  • Change "Ask a question" link in the top bar help (General). OK

  • Removal of "Video tutorials" from "Learning And Resources". OK
  • Removal of "Video tutorials" from top bar (General). OK

Detail: consider removing the debug log from AnalyticsDialog
