Hi,

This PR

adds support for Django 4.1 & 4.2
drops support for Django 1.11, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 3.0, 3.1 & 4.0 (EOL)
adds support for Python 3.9, 3.10 & 3.11
drops support for Python 2.7, 3.5, 3.6 & 3.7 (EOL)
drops support for DRF < 3.13

Can we please have a new release after this PR is merged?
