valor version checks

  • I have confirmed this bug exists on the latest version of valor.

Reproducible Example

Missing predictions and hallucinations are not being properly tracked by valor-lite.

Issue Description

A sum is being performed across the wrong axes when counting the number of unmatched pixel annotations.

Expected Behavior

The correct sum should be reported.
