7.4 issue #79
Comments
Wow, these BlackMagic updates are coming out fast. @sneat have you looked into automated releases yet? If not, we can still release manual. |
@carbon43 If you can download https://github.com/SteffeyDev/atemOSC/archive/7.4_update.zip and try out the included app, that would be great. Definitely see if it fixes the sources and check basic functionality. It looks like they just added some features so I don't expect anything to break, but always good to check. Update: Saw your comment in #80, thanks! |
I haven't had a chance to look at the auto builds yet sorry. |
Good news and bad news. Bad news is: I'm an idiot. I was being hasty and forgot that the OSC Address window is consolidated by default, saw that it was really short, and without thinking assumed that it was the earlier issue manifesting again. Good news is, both 2.5.2 and 2.5.3 work with 7.4 on an ATEM 1 M/E, pushing commands out of Octopus via atemOSC. Tested most of the transition styles and the basic cut, auto, bar, etc. Tested hot punching inputs to program. Tested inputs to preview. Tested all aux options for aux buses 1 and 2. Thank you guys for working on this and being so responsive. Its a wonderful program, and opens up all sorts of fun options for my daily V1 grind. |
Ok, thanks for the update! Good to hear |
I decided to be your sacrificial guinea pig, and upgrade my switcher and control software to 7.4.
Can confirm that the OSC Addresses menu is doing the same thing as 2.5 was doing with 7.3.
Assuming the build just needs to be updated to 7.4 support, lmk if I can do anything to help with this, diff etc. Havent gotten into testing if actual control still works yet.
