Update SteamGridDB to v1.3.2

SteamGridDB

• Added subtle glow to grid and hero asset results.
• Added a message if no assets are found.
• Added ability to remove or reduce the intensity of the glow in the library page.
• Fixed "Change Artwork..." button disappearing (it still won't show up the very first time). Thanks to @jessebofill
• Fixed infinite scroll not working after using filters.
• Fixed search not finding games with some characters (e.g. Disney+)
• Fixed square capsules still showing vertical capsule glow on Steam beta.
• Updated Russian localization.
