Community Sticker Program

Overview

In order to encourage new StackStorm contributors, we want to ship out stickers to new contribution members.

Nick Maludy has procured stickers from Sticker Mule (3"x3", rounded corner)

When a new user submits a PR, check the list below
If they user is not in the list below, offer stickers to that person asking them to send you an email with their address
Record their github username below with the [Offered] status
When they respond with their address
Package up the stickers and send them via USPS envelope (forever stamps)
Update their github username below with the [Shipped] status
