This should help us notice issues like #474 that only happen when the IDE decides to sync the buildSrc of the host project, separately from the main project that contains it.
Should fix #474 since withGlobalRepos() will no longer be called while the IDE is syncing buildSrc alone after having synced the host project along with buildSrc.
