bug: remove action not working correctly

Hi,

the remove event have one weird issue happened on the mobile touch.

issue url: http://test.chemm.com/sortable/sortable-test.html

it worked well on desktop. But when I opened in the chrome mobile develop mode or opened on the real mobile device, it happened the issue:

Try to remove the second one "ueie8", you can found it is removed "twice", the last item also been removed automatically
