If you want you can run this notebook using Binder by clicking on this link: . It may take a few minutes to load up when you click on it for the first time
To run this notebook locally, we suggest that you create a new conda environement using the environment.yml
file in this repository.
This can be done by first clone this repository i.e. git clone https://github.com/SolarOrbiterWorkshop/solo_workshop_gsfc.git
and then creating a new environment as such:
$ conda env create -f environment.yml
$ conda activate solo_tutorial_gsfc
$ jupyter lab
