• Complete planning phase of new checkout flow. (NOTE: This must cover event attendees AND event organizers)

  • User stories
  • Design Docs
  • Wireframes
  • Task assignment

• Complete integration phase of new checkout flow

  • Business Logic / API
  • Event Attendee UI/UX
  • Event Organizer UI/UX

Minor Goals:

• Clear out backlog
• Look for cheaper / better infrastructure

Questions:

• Attendee Dashboard: Do we want a two-sided dashboard? As in, allow the event attendees to have an account as well?
