Small hotfix for /all functionality!

Probably fairly broken, see config.yaml on how to configure it.
Log output for when it inevitably breaks would be welcome.

If it complains about missing DLLs you probably need some sort of a C++ runtime.

Edit: Added missing Paho MQTT DLL.
