Because Neu doesnt have price for shiny items i needed to add a new variable (neuName)

Since NEU doesn't have prices for shiny items, I had to add a new variable (neuName). And in order not to interact any existing items with which starts with the ID 'SHINY' I made the name first 'ISSHINY_ + internalName' and later to 'SHINY_+internalName' and for neuName I took only the 'internalName'.
