Skyblock Levels fixes + Tab Hud improvements

• Fixes the ads filter not working with players who either have an emblem or are level 80-120
• Fixes emblems & rank prefixes showing in places where they shouldn't
  • Youtube rank players for example will have [YOUTUBE] in front of the player name, previously this was seen as being a part of the player name
  • The iron man and bingo icon also is no longer recognized as part of player names
• By default, the players section on public islands will now display names with all of their formatting and the sorting reflects what the server sends the client
  • This means it's now possible to tell what Skyblock level someone is
  • Options to revert to plain player names and alphabetical sorting have been added alongside this for customization
