Release Notes

• Created the !!reset command, so that users can completely abandon a poll if they mess it up somehow or decide they want to start over for some reason
• Added automatic tiebreaker poll creation whenever the !!declare command notices that 2 or more candidates have an equal number of votes

Next Steps

I'm not too sure what will be worked on next! I have some ideas for maybe better logging, allowing multiple simultaneous polls, or maybe even setting Clotho up to be hosted somewhere for public use someday. :) We'll just have to wait and see.
