Resolves #10

Shows error/warning message if unidentified rom, but overrides anyway for start stage.

          Check roms for existing stage override (WIP)


          add rld1.2 and rld1.2 widescreen timer patch support (hardcoded)

          add SX1.1/SX1.1 wide; add message and still override if unidentified
