Yes, it works with the addition of the custom trigger in 0.12.04m version. And I just tried with 0.12.0.4o with custom trigger addition and a HA reboot. It still works well for me.

Hi,
I don't know if the absence of the Custom Action Manual trigger is intentional, but I added it in order to manually activate my siren from the notification.
