They work but thumbnails and probably more do not

Thanks for sharing, I cant incorporate it as is because it overrides existing mechanisms, but hopefully we can work it in parallel |

I have gotten audio detection events partially working. Currently I get the notification but the thumbnail and recording I cannot figure out. I'm using this as a crying detection notification for my baby that will be arriving any day now, so the recordings dont really matter to me but i'm sure others will want them. I'm not great at this kind of stuff but it's a least a step in the right direction.
MQTT topic for this has to be frigate/reviews
this might be better to split into a seperate blueprint
