what about to implement a feature to avoid to hide error messages on form after API failures?

#2586 - Adds hideError setting, defaults to auto

Added a new setting hideError, setting to false will preserve error regardless of error duration. I've also set a new default auto which will automatically set hideError false specifically for forms.
