Don't hardcode UID for Triton containers #4099

What this PR does / why we need it:

Remove current hardcoded UID (1000) in Triton container. This ensures that the Triton pre-packaged server can be used in OpenShift clusters.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Fixes #3019
