Explainers do not respect

predictiveUnit:
  defaultEnvSecretRefName: seldon-rclone-secret

helm value.

Existing workaround: provide secret explicitly in each seldon deployment:

...
    explainer:
      type: AnchorTabular
      modelUri: s3:explainers/iris/
      envSecretRefName: seldon-rclone-secret
      replicas: 1
