Rawgit fix

Rawgit is done for, but Github allows hosting via pages anyway, so here's the fix.

Booru tools

Now featuring a set of tools to aid in administration of your booru.

• Booru scanner, which allows you to collect data about the amount of posts per every tag as well as all data about every post and a list of links to thumbnails and full images in JSON format.
• Search post by image, which uses the collected post database and a list of thumbnails to find which posts they correspond to. Useful for removing duplicates from the booru.
• Tagme remover, cleaning your uploads from the pesky tagme tag that gets added when you're not being autistic enough for tagging every pixel in your image.

First public release

Alright, thanks to this script I managed to sort out over 5000 posts with tags, this gotta count as battle testing.
