In reference to: Security-Onion-Solutions/security-onion#592

This pull request adds the ability to use the '-y' with sosetup during CLI mode.

Ex. sudo sosetup -yf ~/sosetup.conf
Ex. sudo sosetup -y -f ~/sosetup.conf
Ex. sudo sosetup -f ~/sosetup.conf -y

Fixes issue with blank MTU being written if setup is run with -f flag..
