User able to creat multiple groups

Should this be the case? I don't want to confuse users, once they've created a group then we don't need them to create more?

Multiple groups...or multiple teams?

There aren't many leaders who support multiple groups and if there is then we can deal with that one at a later date, I'm really trying to keep things as easy as possible!!!
