This PR adds a prefix to the extension (see e.g. JuliaMath/ChangesOfVariables.jl#13 for a motivation). Additionally, it moves the ChainRulesCore definitions to an extension as well, in line with the recent changes in SpecialFunctions, LogExpFunctions etc.
