Sonar-delphi-plugin(BETA) for SonarQube(5.6 and up).

This plugin is thought as an inital release expect some bugs and missing features, compared to the https://github.com/fabriciocolombo/sonar-delphi/releases/tag/0.3.3

I will focuse on getting this plugin store-ready befor reimplementing them. A way to get the TestCoverage back will probably be provided for AQtime users soon(few days).
