This adds the M2 machine for benchmarking.

Other changes:

  • update Truffle
  • removes use of NodeCost since that was/is going to be deprecated in Truffle 24.1
  • use MatcherAssert.assertThat() to handle deprecation
  • request use of mx version 7.27.2
  • use sha512 checksum for Checkstyle dependency
