Update the instructions for installation: - use the https link for cloning - otherwise it does not work for those not having ssh public key access. - `pip install` should not have the `--user` options, as most likely it is going to be installed into a virtual environment.

Haven't github blocked https now? Or is that just for development? Agreed on the second point though |
Only for the sake of authentication - for public repo (like this one), there is no authentication needed. Otherwise only github users who set up ssh access can clone repositories... |
