The context menu entries to copy OTP or show QR code are no longer disabled if no OTP is defined.
They remain enabled now and you will be asked to unlock your OTP database if required.
To indicate that, they will be shown with italic font.

Google Authenticator can export and import multiple OTP combined in one QR code.
KeePassOTP can import those QR codes already and now can export this format as well.
This makes it easier to export your OTP data to Google Authenticator (or any other app that might implement this in future)

OTP issuer and label can now be updated.
