This is somewhat a fix for issue #185 for 1.1. For 1.2 the bioschemas links should be updated to newer release versions of the profiles.

This fixes issue #185 TODO: Resolve sdConformsto from #154 to align with schemaorg/schemaorg#1516 schemaorg/schemaorg#2887 Adding a nested structuredData contextual entity here will get excessively verbose (particularly on the FormalParameter which is already a #nonDownloadable contextual entity)

Links like https://bioschemas.org/types/ComputationalWorkflow/0.1-DRAFT-2020_07_21/#input are now broken (404 Not Found), as bioschemas.org has decided the permalink is without the trailing
/- e.g. https://bioschemas.org/types/ComputationalWorkflow/0.1-DRAFT-2020_07_21#input and the old URIs no longer work.I suggest fixing the documentation hyperlinks for 1.1 , and then updating the
