docs(tokens): Rearranging the Tokens docs

Rearranging the Tokens docs by moving Token types up and making them rh-card elements.

What I did

1. Moved up Tokens types above Tokens categories/
2. Made each type's <div> an <rh-card> instead and arranged in columns.
