Revanced manager does not handle long patch description well

Steps to reproduce

1. Use latest RV manager
2. Attempt to patch Youtube
3. Scroll to bottom of "select patches"
4. Scroll up a bit to find Spoof App Version
5. Observe that the description was cut off
