Items after dlc2 are all in English, and switching languages doesn't work either

I noticed that everyone else's is normal. It may be a problem with my own computer settings but I don't know how to solve it  :（

So, I tried to add DLC2 & DLC3 items' translation in the file "GameStrings.zh-Hans.resx" related to the newly updated "GameStrings.resx"

According to the top issue #18 , it will be work.

I did download the file "GameStrings.zh-Hans.resx" but I don't know how to add it to the file “RemnantSaveGuardian_1.4.1.0” to make it effective
