What is the LICENSE of the extension?

Interesting question. It is a fork from https://github.com/karlitos/Applications-overview-tooltip-NG , itself forked from https://github.com/fbianconi/gs-ext-applications-overview-tooltip.
Credit is given in README, but none of us did choose a licence.
I think you can assume it's public domain.
