This PR introduces a Matrix Rank Calculator to the project, which allows users to determine the rank of a given matrix. The rank is defined as the maximum number of linearly independent row or column vectors in the matrix.
Features:
Input: Users can input any matrix of dimensions m×n.
Output: The calculator returns the rank of the matrix, which is an integer representing the number of linearly independent rows or columns.
